The Biloxi Housing Authority would like to recognize Charon Wilson, HCV Case Manager, for successfully completing and receiving her certification with Nan McKay for Housing Choice Voucher Rent Calculation. Ms. Wilson is able to successfully explain and apply HUD regulations and guidance to calculate the family share and Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) for a family in the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program.

Ms. Cunningham understands the regulatory and compliance issues and details involved with the LIHTC program, which supports safe, decent and affordable housing for families.
