Tenant Based Vouchers allow eligible families to choose from a variety of housing options, such as apartments, duplexes, single-family homes or townhomes within the city limits of Biloxi. Participants pay only a portion of the rent, based on income. BHA pays the difference between the contract rent and the family portion directly to the landlord on behalf of the family.
