The Biloxi Housing Authority would like to recognize Brandi Gunter, HCV Case Manager, for successfully completing and receiving her certification with Nan McKay for Housing Choice Voucher Rent Calculation. Ms. Gunter is able to successfully explain and apply HUD regulations and guidance to calculate the family share and Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) for a family in the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program.
