How to Participate

If you have units within the city limits of Biloxi, Mississippi, you are welcome to participate.

List your unit for free with BHA Housing Specialists.

When a voucher holder contacts you, screen that person as you would any other tenant.

When you are ready to rent to the tenant, fill out the Request for Tenancy Approval (RFTA) and related forms in the Leasing Kit the tenant gives you and send the forms to the BHA
