Seashore Oaks Assisted Living Facility is for residents 50 years old or older. It is operated by Pavilion Health Services and is staffed for assistance with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, medication management, meal preparation and household chores, such as laundry and housekeeping. All meals are prepared onsite and catered to individual dietary needs. Outside transportation to doctor appointments and social activities are also provided. You must undergo medical screening for eligibility determination.
